The Intensive Practitioner Training Immersion consists of:
FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 8AM TO 7PM
● 3 detailed interactive classes in the morning and evening. Preparation for Ceremony:
* Detox and light diet, at least a week before, the more days the better
* Abstain from sexual relations for at least this week of diet, unless it is with a stable partner
* Vegan diet ideally. You can be with low consumption of fish and very mild species.
* Reduce Salts and Sugars as much as possible.
* Intermittent fasting helps a lot. .
* Zero alcohol, marijuana, and any other substance or drug that alters the state of consciousness.
* Connect with an intention towards healing and personal growth
* Wear comfortable clothing, preferably made of natural fibers and not noisy.
